Teboola تبولة
Ahem, Mom made this. I just helped by eating washing the bulgur.
Teboola is the most famous salad in the Middle East and it is widely known around the world. This is my all time favorite salad. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, pleasing to the eye and very easy to eat. Don’t you just hate fighting with huge chunks of tomatoes and cucumbers and skip salad just for spite? Well, this is the perfect utensil-free salad! Scoop some with lettuce leaves; hold the lettuce like a sandwich and eat!

Crumbly crunchy almond crust.
Rich, silky, smooth and creamy Mascarpone cheese filling.
Fresh strawberries with strawberry coulis. And the final touch: whipped cream.
